Ahmed Abd Eldayem is the Associate Head of Safety Training at Sharjah Maritime Academy with more than 30 years of experience at sea along with Maritime Education and Training. Captain Ahmed Abd Eldayem has unlimited Master Mariner CoC he also holds B.Sc. in Economics of Maritime Transport and Holds M.Sc. in International Transport and Logistics. Captain Ahmed worked as seafarer and at office as DPA and Port Captain then he changed his career to Maritime Education and Training METs he was one of the founders of the International Transport and Logistics Academic department and and was involved in creating the curriculum of the academic department. Also working as the head of department for 5 years, captain Ahmed Abd Eldayem was transferred to Maritime Safety Institute and became one of the top safety training lecturers not only maritime training but also OPITO training. Captain Ahmed Abd Eldayem was also the head of EHS department, and he managed to navigate the academy to safety during COVID period by conducting Plans and implementing them to ensure safe operation during COVID period. Captain Ahmed during his career delivered training for seafarers and Oil and Gas personnel also he delivers training for the management level for Major Emergency Management courses and bespoke courses.
