A Ph.D. in Maritime Studies, Offshore operations, or a related field will be preferred.
Teaching experience at the college or university level will de desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals in the field will be desired but not essential.
Experience in curriculum development and continuous improvement will be beneficial.
A record of service to the profession is desirable
Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
Master Mariner CoC with solid experience in offshore operations is required
Management Level Shipboard operation
