Engaging Recruitment Agency
The selected recruitment agency will be responsible for:
• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying active and passive candidates globally, with targeted regional recruitment as needed.
• Shortlisting: Providing a minimum of four qualified candidates per role, tailored to meet SMA’s qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Time-to-Hire Commitment: Completing the hiring process for each position within 2-3 weeks.
• Role Alignment Meeting: Conducting an initial discussion with SMA representatives to confirm role requirements, establish timelines, and ensure alignment on recruitment needs.
• Customized Headhunting Approach: Using a tailored headhunting strategy to identify candidates that best fit SMA’s needs.
• Salary Scale Adherence: Adhering to SMA’s preapproved salary scale. SMA’s HR department will provide position-specific salary ranges (minimum to maximum) to guide job offers.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conducting in-depth interviews and 360-degree reference checks to gauge interest, motivation, and commitment, including competency-based questions for technical skills verification.
• Offer Management: Assisting SMA HR with candidate interviews, job offers, and handling counteroffers.
